When you choose to apply directly with Australian Immigration, the standard reply time is 10 working days. For certain type of visa applications, it can take between 4-6 weeks to get the reply.

Application form in your language

Don’t worry if you are not that great in English – we have the application form in your own language. Every step including payment will be in your language, even the e-mail communication will be sent out in your language.

If you choose to apply via Australian Immigration, the only available language is English, including the application form, information page, visa details and replies. Some travelers overstayed their visa just because their English level is not good enough to understand all the terminologies on the visa details. Overstaying is a very serious issue and the result is normally that you will be refused any future visa for many years.

Manual review

Before we submit your application to the Australian Immigration, one of our experts will manually review your details to make sure everything is correct. If we cannot correct the mistake right away we will contact you immediately and ask for the correct details, before we submit the application. We will not submit any applications that contains errors, so your risk of being denied a visa is minimized.

If you apply via Australian Immigration, the process is automatic and the system will not indicate any mistakes on the application form. Some travelers were denied boarding at the airport because of wrong information on the application, which will be avoided if you apply via our service.
