Our mission
Visa & Immigration Services LTD’s mission is to provide translation services and consular advice regarding visa and entry permit applications. We provide support in several different languages, mainly European. If you can master the English language, or do not need assistance, you could apply for a visa or permit on your own without using our services.
Australian temporary tourist or business visas can be applied free of charge through the website of Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia, at https://www.immi.gov.au.
Payment
Payment is made as the last step in each application. It is also possible to save an application and pay at a later time. A visa application is not considered complete until payment has been made. We will not handle any applications that have not been paid for in full.
Auvisa.org reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Delivery Time
In many cases, you will receive a visa application response within one day. However, we recommend that you apply for a visa at least fourteen days before your intended day of departure, since in some cases it can take 10 days or even more for the visa to be approved. For Working Holiday you should apply at least 2 months in advance.
Personal Details
We only store your personal details (your visa application) for the purpose of applying for your visa. We will never share this information with any third party without your permission.
Additional Information
In some cases, we might ask for additional information. We will contact you by email it is your responsibility to check your email periodically and answer our questions on time. If we send a request to your email and do not get a response in time, it will usually lead to your visa application being rejected.
Age Limit
To use our service you must be at least 18 years old. People that are at least 18 years old can apply on behalf of those under the age limit.

The decision to accept or reject your application is made by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia. We at Auvisa.org cannot affect their decision.
